Priya Studio offers digital design products, templates, invitation designs, social media templates, promotional designs, and other downloadable creative resources. Because our products are delivered digitally and can generally be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, our refund policy is different from that of physical products.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products
All products available through the Priya Studio Design Boutique are digital products unless specifically stated otherwise.
These may include:
Digital design templates
Invitation templates
Social media templates
Promotional designs
Business and marketing templates
Printable designs
Editable templates
Canva templates
Digital files and graphics
Other downloadable design resources
No physical product will be shipped unless explicitly mentioned in the product description.
2. Refund Policy
Digital Products Are Generally Non-Refundable
Because digital products can be downloaded, accessed, copied, or used immediately after purchase, all digital product sales are generally final and non-refundable.
We therefore do not normally accept refund requests for:
Change of mind
Accidental purchase
Selecting the wrong product
Selecting the wrong design or template
Not liking the design after purchase
No longer needing the product
Failure to read the product description before purchasing
Purchasing a product that does not meet a personal preference
Purchasing a product for the wrong software or platform when the required software/platform was clearly stated in the product description
We strongly recommend reviewing the product description, images, features, file format, compatibility information, and included items before completing your purchase.
3. Exceptional Refund Circumstances
Although digital products are generally non-refundable, Priya Studio may consider a refund or replacement in certain genuine circumstances.
These may include:
A. Duplicate Payment
If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order, please contact us with your order details.
After verification, we may refund the duplicate payment.
B. Incorrect Product Delivered
If you receive a product that is substantially different from the product you purchased, please contact us.
After verification, we may provide:
- The correct product, or
- A replacement download, or
- A refund where appropriate.
C. Technical Problem
If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchased product, please contact us.
We will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing:
- A new download link
- The correct file
- Technical instructions
- A replacement file, where applicable
If the issue cannot reasonably be resolved, Priya Studio may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.
D. Corrupted or Defective File
If a purchased file is corrupted or otherwise unusable due to an error on our side, please contact us.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide a working replacement file. If a suitable replacement cannot be provided, a refund may be considered.
4. Refund Request Time Limit
If you experience a problem with your purchase, please contact Priya Studio within 7 days of the purchase date.
Refund requests submitted after this period may not be considered.
When contacting us, please provide:
- Your name
- Order number
- Email address used for the purchase
- Product name
- Description of the issue
- Relevant screenshots or other information that helps us understand the problem
Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive information.
5. How to Request a Refund

Submitting a refund request does not automatically guarantee a refund. Each request will be reviewed according to the circumstances described in this policy.
6. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method, where technically possible.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on:
- Your bank
- Payment gateway
- Card issuer
- Payment provider
- Other financial institutions involved in the transaction
Priya Studio is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors after a refund has been successfully initiated.
7. Cancellation Policy
Because digital products may become available immediately after payment, orders generally cannot be cancelled once the digital product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

8. Editable Templates
Some Priya Studio products may include editable templates, such as Canva templates.
Before purchasing an editable template, please carefully check:
- Whether the template is editable
- The platform required to edit it
- Whether a free or paid account is required
- What elements are included
- What elements may need to be replaced or purchased separately
A refund will generally not be provided because a customer is unable or unwilling to edit a template when the required platform and product requirements were clearly disclosed before purchase.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Some products may require access to third-party platforms or software, such as Canva or other design applications.
Priya Studio does not control the availability, pricing, functionality, policies, or technical performance of third-party platforms.
If a third-party platform changes its features, pricing, access requirements, or functionality after your purchase, this will not automatically qualify the purchase for a refund.
10. Product Preview and Description
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, previews, images, specifications, and information before purchase.
Customers are encouraged to review all available product information before completing an order.

11. Unauthorized Sharing and Resale
Purchased digital products are provided for the customer’s permitted personal or business use as described on the individual product listing.
You may not, unless expressly permitted:
- Resell the original files
- Redistribute the files
- Share download links publicly
- Upload the files to file-sharing websites
- Give the purchased files to other people
- Claim the designs as your own
- Use the products to create competing digital products for resale
- Distribute editable template links publicly
Unauthorized distribution or misuse of Priya Studio products may result in access being restricted and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual-property rights.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, we kindly request that customers contact us at:
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate concerns regarding orders, downloads, or technical problems.
Priya Studio reserves the right to provide relevant order and transaction information to the applicable payment processor or financial institution when responding to a payment dispute.
13. Promotional and Discounted Products
Products purchased during sales, promotional campaigns, discount periods, or special offers remain subject to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
A discounted price does not create a separate refund entitlement unless otherwise stated during the promotion.

The policy applicable to an order will generally be the policy in effect at the time the order was placed, subject to applicable law.
